This is a browser problem.
To avoid any personalisation issues, we recommend using one of the following browsers on a PC:

We strongly advise against using Internet Explorer that tends to be slow and causes personalisation problems.
However, if you can only use Internet Explorer, we recommend updating it to its latest Internet Explorer 11 version.
MY PDF IS DIFFERENT TO THE SCREEN PREVIEW
This could just be a display issue: save your PDF onto your desktop and view it from there.
If the PDF is correct, you can go ahead and finalise your order, otherwise contact our customer services department by clicking here.
I get an error message when confirming my layout
You may have copied and pasted an external element such as an image or some text which our personalisation tool cannot recognise. This then generates an error message.
You need to apply your personalisation without copying and pasting.
I'm having problems uploading my photo
Note: we do not recommend using scanned photos or ones taken with mobile phones as the print quality will not be good enough.
