How long does it take for you to process wedding invitations and other matching stationery?

Production time: 8 to 10 working days (add 2 extra days if you chose to add the Designer's Review option)

Shipping: 4-6 working days

In countries that do not belong to the EU, be aware that customs clearance fees may be applied for orders above £135.

 

On the day your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier telling you the tracking number. For wedding orders, the parcel will be left at your post office if you are not in. 

What should I do if the courier says the parcel has been delivered but I haven't received anything?

Try asking your neighbours, as it's possible that the courier has left it with them.

You can also contact the courier directly (nearest Royal Mail ol Colissimo office) who will give you more details.

Our customer services department is of course on-hand to help with any disputes with the courier.

I wish to order samples
We offer a sample kit made of a selection of our cards carefully chosen by our designers. It will allow. you to discover our products such as invitations, menus, envelopes, stickers and ribbons... as well as the quality of our different papers and the spark of our finish. 
It is free and you can ask for it by emailing hello@cottonbird.uk. We should receive the kit within 10 days. 

The sample I want to order is not part of your selection
All our invitations are not sampled but we have chosen the most representative sample kit possible. It will allow you to appreciate best the quality of our paper, the printing and the finish. 

I wish a personalised sample
We do not print personalised sample kits. You can either ask for a free sample kit, made of pre-selected designs, or order the design that you want knowing that we have a minimum order of 10 units.
